Processing Time
Orders are typically processed same day or within 1 business day. (Larger orders may take longer but will be processed as quick as we can) Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times for UK are:

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
Tracked Shipping: 1-3 business days
Special Delivery: next day before 1pm (if ordered by midday)
International orders will take longer

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you selected a tracked shipping service, the email will include tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

Orders remain the responsibility of Music Shark Ltd until delivered to the customer. If your order is lost, arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at musicsharkuk@protonmail.com so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
